Aabco Rents Party and Event Division will be taking applications to fill a position that has opened in our linen department. This position is Part Time and the work schedule is very favorable to moms with school age children or for those wanting to get home before dark. The normal working hours are from 8:30am until 2:00pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We also have some time slots available from 8:30am until Noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please Note: we can be flexible on your starting time which may help you if you have school age children.
DETAILS:
The position will involve the washing, drying, ironing, and folding of tablecloths and linen used in the Party / Event / Wedding industry. You will be operating a standard clothes washer and dryer at our warehouse. Applicant must be able to correctly pull orders for customers and properly count them in upon return. Applicant must also be able to count and keep proper inventory of items and keep their work area clean and organized.
This is a very desirable position (Our previous employee has been with us for more than 10 years) that has its own work area and requires only minimal lifting (approximately 30lbs Max). Great work environment, however, the selected individual must be dependable and must be able to get along with others. The required dress code is relaxed; however all employee’s manner of dress must be kept neat and clean as some customer contact is involved.
Pay rate will be $15.00 per hour with a raise potential after 90 days.
