Looking for a hard-working, no-excuses kind of person to help run junk removal jobs. You’ll start by learning the ropes, and if you show up early, work fast, and communicate well, you’ll move into a leadership role fast.
This isn’t a temp gig. I’m building a team — and I’m looking for someone who wants to make $1,000+ per week running a crew.
Pay:
Start at $18/hr during trial period (2–4 weeks)
Move up to $20–$25/hr once you prove you can lead
Same-day pay available
Bonuses for hustle, full-day performance, and upsells
Duties:
Haul heavy junk, furniture, debris, and trash
Assist in loading, cleanup, and customer communication
Run dump runs, track time, and manage job flow
Eventually train and lead new team members
Requirements:
Be early, not just “on time”
Strong work ethic — this job is physical and hot
Driver’s license preferred (not required)
Have a reliable phone and be reachable every day
Good attitude, no drama, no flaking
