Most companies do not pay anything, but straight commission. Not only do we give a draw to full time employees, we pay the highest commissions in the industry!

Compensation: $200-$600 paid each day if you are good at what you do
Employment type: full-time job/pay, part-time hours
MARKETING REPS:
Ride along with our sales reps (or on your own once you are trained). You knock on doors 4 hours a day in order to get our sales reps into homes and businesses so they can do roof inspections and they can make sales. NO SALES REQUIRED BY YOU These are not random door-to-door b-s sales pitches. These are targeted homes based on recent storm activity. These people need and want our services and someone is going to get their business, but if you don't market to them someone else will and they will use someone to help them! Make sure it's you!
You will be paid $200 per job that is sold by our sales reps from you setting the appointment. It's an easy set, as you are offering a no obligation, free inspection, which could result in them getting a free new roof (because their insurance company pays for it)! If you can't give away a free new $10K product, you probably shouldn't be in marketing or sales anyway. It truly is the easiest thing you will ever do in your life, both time and money-wise.
You will be paid daily and each payment will be issued 4 days after the sale is made. You will not be paid on sales with no damage (because the insurance company will not buy it) or if the customer cancels within the 3 day cancellation period (which rarely happens). Possible cancellations are why you are paid 4 days after sale.
After 4 days working you should expect $200-$600 (1-3 deals a day) paid each day, if you do what we train you to do. It's simply a numbers gamethe more people you talk to, the more money you make. Our sales reps are good and they will close on the appointments you get them into. It's an easy 40-second pitch.
SALES REPS:
Also we have sales positions available for experienced roofing sales reps. Guaranteed highest commissions and bonuses in the industry, as we have the lowest overhead in the industry, and our profit margins are impeccable (most other companies don't know how to negotiate our rates!).
Even if you don't have roofing sales experience, we will train the right people for the position. You can start out in marketing and then move quickly to sales if you are good at what you do! All of our sales reps make six-figures and only work about 30 hours a week
