Job Description:
We are seeking licensed Medicare Agents with a passion for serving Veterans and a strong background in insurance sales. As a Licensed and Ready to Sell Medicare Agent, you will work directly with daily (no cost) Veteran Leads to explore additional benefits available through local MA Veteran Plans, enhancing their healthcare coverage beyond the VA system. The area is Birmingham, Tuscaloosa & Montgomery, Alabama and its surrounding counties.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Veterans to assess their healthcare needs and recommend suitable Medicare Advantage plans.
Utilize Provided, NO COST, leads to engage with potential clients and convert VA referrals into sales.
Educate Veterans on the advantages of MA Veteran Plans and assist in enrollment processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
Identify opportunities for business growth and recruitment, contributing to team expansion efforts.
Requirements:
Valid health insurance license and Ready to Sell Status, in Alabama is mandatory.
Previous experience as a licensed Insurance / Medicare Agent, preferably with a background in the military.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work remotely and independently. Valid Drivers License & willing to drive and service VA Clinics & Hospitals, as well as meeting Veterans in their home.
