Phenix Salon Suites is currently filling our regional salon coordinator position for our Birmingham locations. This will be a 20 hour per week, flex hour position. We are looking for a dependable person with good communication skills who is detail oriented and has a strong background in customer service. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: cleaning and maintaining the overall upkeep of the property, scheduling and reporting any maintenance repairs, purchasing supplies, tenant communication, greeting and helping clients, giving suite tours, managing Facebook page, bank deposits and general bookkeeping. The successful candidate will be able to show a history of working independently, showing initiative in making decisions and using common sense to solve day to day issues that arise. We are located in the Publix Shopping center just west of 280 across from Lifetime Fitness, in City Center in Vestavia and across Highway 31 from the Galleria in Hoover. It is important that you are located within a reasonable driving distance of the shops in case you are called in for an emergency.
