-Manage multiple projects overseeing scheduling, budget, change orders, billing, warranty requests and ensuring client satisfaction
-Oversee Superintendents on assigned projects
-Responsible for managing projects from start to finish
-Promote a safe work environment for field personnel
-Visit Job sites, attend job site meetings/pre-job meetings and ensure quality control.
-Develop and maintain client relationships
-Develop and maintain vendor relationships
-Assisting other team members in work production
-Approve jobs for invoicing
-Job issue resolution
-Conflict resolution
-Help gather and ship materials from the warehouse to the job site
-Perform estimates and takeoffs
-Other tasks may be assigned/required
-Will be hybrid position between traveling to job sites out of state and in the office.
- Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)
-Forklift certified
-OSHA 10 minimum
