Detailed Job Duties:
Drive tractor with 53’ reefer trailer.
Ensure that all equipment is in good working order, including but not limited to tires, brakes, lights, etc.
Maintain proper safety standards for the vehicle while driving it.
Perform pre-trip inspection of the trailer before leaving and inspect the engine compartment prior to departure or pick up as needed.
Check fluid levels on truck during trip when necessary.
Report any unsafe conditions immediately to supervisor.
Qualifications
Must be at least 23 years of age.
2 years recent verifiable OTR experience
Class A CDL
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Good time management skills
No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
No reckless driving or DUIs in last 5 years
