A Cash Application Specialist has the primary responsibility of posting payments to the correct customer accounts.  Possessing a high aptitude for details, and an ability to review all remittance from customers and match the payments to the appropriate invoices. Essential Duties and Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:Experience applying cash in McLeod and general knowledge of various payment alternatives (ACH, Wire Transfer, Bank Drafts, Credit Card,) preferred but not required.Apply daily receipts to the appropriate customer accounts.Scan daily checks to Bank on daily basis and ensure all checks are scanned correctly.Utilize available internal and external software and hardware tools to maximize productivity while maintaining transaction integrity.
