job detailsIf you're a skilled collections rep with a knack for customer support and collecting money, this is a great opportunity! In this role, you'll make outbound calls to customers, navigate delinquent accounts to figure out repayment options available, and chat with customers to help them find the best solution to paying down their balance. Handle 40+ collections calls per day (outbound)
Establish repayment/financing options with customers
Negotiate payments (i.e. lump sum payments)
Update profile and billing information for customers
Must be confident in collections abilities, but also customer-oriented
Must have prior experience with consumer collections
Must be able to work in multiple software systems and key data while handling calls
Skills
Collections (2 years of experience is required)
Meeting KPIs (2 years of experience is required)
Accounts Receivable (1 year of experience is required)
