Communications Manager

The Daxko Communications Manager is responsible for managing both internal and external communications, including public relations and brand communications as well as overseeing the customer evidence program. They will develop and implement strategies to ensure clear and consistent messaging across all platforms, foster strong media relationships, and enhance Daxko’s brand's presence in the market. The Communications Manager is adept at strong program management, creating engaging content, and leveraging internal and external communications channels for market impact. In your day-to-day, you will:Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to support their goals with internal communications: Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies Ensure timely and consistent communication across all departments Prepare and distribute company-wide announcements, newsletters, and monthly update meeting materials Foster a positive and collaborative company culture through engaging communication initiatives Support the company’s brand and growth strategies with expert external communications/public relations: Build a PR roadmap and strategy aligned with ELT, product marketing and GTM plans Develop press releases, media kits, and other external communication materials Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and industry influencers and coordinate with media outlets to ensure accurate and positive coverage of the company Develop and manage the company’s brand social media strategy and ensure product/market comms are aligned to brand goals Act as the company spokesperson for media inquiries and public statements Manage crisis communication and develop strategies to mitigate potential PR issues Monitor media coverage and public perception of the company and report out monthly and quarterly  Manage the company’s customer evidence program across all markets and segments Build and maintain a by-market and by-product inventory of promotable customer evidence including logos, quotes, case studies and video testimonials Build and maintain interview guides for all markets and segments in collaboration with product marketers Partner with product marketing and customer marketing and sales teams to identify customer stories to add to the funnel, secure customers, and conduct interviews Assign content development tasks to the content marketing team and oversee development, approvals, publishing, and promotions
