Salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000 annually. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.Key Responsibilities:

Setup and control of work at all customer sites being serviced by our local branch(es)

Construction worker recruitment and performance/productivity management

Take part in job Bid Reviews

Perform Job Briefings (to Field Construction Manager/job Supervisors)

Assign Crew Allocations to each job based on skill requirements and cost profile

Initial arrangement of job equipment rentals and maintaining relationship with equipment suppliers

Arrange all other job setup activities, ie: pre-job purchasing

Monitor and manage job Cost/Profit daily

Perform Field Sales/estimating support for Change orders

Perform emergency purchasing (Company credit card) as required

Provide direct site supervision when required

Perform Monthly Safety Inspections

Check in with customers for performance feedback when making site visits

Any other reasonable request by direct or senior management

Qualifications:

Minimum job requirements are 5 years in Construction Management in Similar Industry and/or CM degree

Previous experience as a Superintendent for at least 100 team members on at least three projects.

A minimum requirement is the ability to read, write and speak English.
