Daxko has an exciting opportunity for a Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team. In this remote role, you will work with a talented team to develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads that convert into marketing sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue.   
You will take ownership of marketing programs and work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, such as Product Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Marketing Operations, to drive measurable results.   
We’re looking for a marketer with a keen understanding of B2B buyers/buying groups and nuances of distinct personas. You will have a deep knowledge of how to engage prospects and bring them through the buying process via multi-channel marketing campaigns. You’re the ideal candidate if you are passionate about using technology and data to identify, segment, educate, and convert buyers and influencers. You are focused, creative, and numbers-oriented, with a fun-loving attitude and a desire to drive change.  
You will also: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns aligned to targeted audiences and sales objectives to support pipeline and revenue goals Build marketing plans that span across affiliate networks, paid acquisition, paid search, email, mobile, and onsite, among other traditional channels Work collaboratively with designers and copywriters, providing feedback and insights that help the team deliver on the campaign strategy Manage the tactical implementation of marketing campaigns across functional teams, regularly report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate campaign strategy into marketing briefs, competitive analyses, and campaign recaps that allow us to learn and optimize Be viewed as a complete business partner by Sales and as someone who drives consistent achievement and measurable outcomes that positively impact the bookings number Manage the strategy for paid media in collaboration with the paid team. Collaborate with fellow Demand Generation Managers to integrate new campaigns into our email nurture strategy Partner closely with Business Development and Marketing Ops on the lead handoff and follow-up, including driving outreach cadence plans, monitoring lead follow-up  Develop efficient workflow and processes within the team and socialize across the larger organization Build a reporting plan for all A/B test and campaigns, drive optimizations, improve performance to key KPIs
