Entry Level Communications Assistant

Job Description:As part of the Event Staff team, you will play a key role in ensuring that events run smoothly and guests have an exceptional experience. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.Responsibilities:Setup & Breakdown: Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment, and ensure proper cleanup after the event.Guest Services: Greet attendees, provide directions, and assist with any inquiries to ensure a positive experience.Logistical Support: Help manage event logistics such as registration, ticketing, and seating arrangements.Vendor Coordination: Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup of supplies and services.Monitoring & Maintenance: Keep event areas clean and organized, restock supplies as needed, and address any issues that arise during the event.
