We help our clients define future state visions, develop strategic roadmaps, establish governance infrastructure, operationalize processes, measure and monitor performance, innovate through technology, and deliver quality program outcomes in an expedited, cost effective and compliant manner. Together we create more resilient communities and responsive ecosystems through incident action planning, grant risk assessments, improving grant processes and operations, future and contingency planning, and data analytics.QualificationsRequired:

Bachelor's degree required

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.

Ability to travel 15% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

2+ years of grants management experience at the state, local and/or federal level supporting disaster recovery programs

2+ years of previous experience in one or more of the following areas: emergency management, crisis management, continuity of operations, business continuity or disaster recovery

2+ years of experience executing risk management strategies that ensure continuity of operations and providing guidance to executive stakeholders on claims management following a disaster

2+ years of experience advising federal, state, or local government stakeholders on strategies to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters

2+ years of experience with managing disaster grants such FEMA's Public Assistance Grant Program, FEMA's Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, or HUD's Community Development Block Grant for Disaster Recovery

2+ years of experience with Pivot Tables, V Lookups or Formulas within Excel

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $59,993 to $105,250.
