You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Highland Associates, the Client Operations and Performance Reporting Team Manager oversees the investment process in the areas of trading operations, client reporting, performance management, and investment performance analysis.Primary Responsibilities

Provides oversight and leads a team of analysts, providing coaching, training, and professional development

Reviews and directs the work of the client operations and performance analyst function

Serves as the liaison between the client operations function and internal team members, ensuring the client reporting process aids in clients achieving their long-term investment goals

Ensures delivery of investment performance results to internal partners

Oversees the collection of internal investment performance data against appropriate benchmarks

Oversees all areas of concentration, which include client trade support, private equity reporting, GIPS, and RFP data requests

Oversees the preparation and distribution of performance reports, both standard and ad-hoc

Manages all performance related projects, which could include system enhancements, new module testing, report reconfiguration, software updates etc. to promote process efficiency

Partners with the Wealth Management Data Governance team to determine data needs and ensure compliance

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.This position is incentive eligible. This is a single incumbent position.Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

Seven (7) years of experience with Investment Management Performance or other directly related field

Preferences

Prior management experience strongly preferred

Prior experience in investment operations and trading

Prior experience in Compliance and Risk Management

Advanced knowledge of the investment management industry

Advanced knowledge of performance reporting processes and computer programs

Strong understanding of performance concepts

Ability to write new performance policies and procedures

Skills and Competencies

Advanced leadership skills

Advanced time management skills and ability to consistently meet deadlines

Solid skills with reporting applications, i.e. Excel, InvestorForce, etc.

Advanced knowledge of financial statements and strong quantitative skills

Position TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.Job Range Target:Minimum:$79,331.60 USDMedian:$121,920.00 USDIncentive Pay Plans:This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan.
