Description Responsibilities:
Perform regular data entry tasks, digitizing paper files as needed
File management including sorting, organizing, storing, and retrieving paper files
Check data for completeness and accuracy
Assist with routine office duties as needed (photocopying, scanning, etc.)
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
Strong organizational and data management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information
