Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role will require discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.ResponsibilitiesManage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.Handle incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.Maintain confidential records and ensure data accuracy.Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.Perform general administrative duties to support daily business activities.
