As a Product Owner III within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Dallas or Birmingham.PNC Bank is seeking a Product Owner to lead an Agile team focused on ServiceNow Platform, Discovery, and Integration initiatives. This role is crucial for re-platforming our legacy ServiceNow instance to a new ecosystem ServiceNow servers with minimal customizations.Key Responsibilities: Assist the development of PNC ServiceNow transformation roadmap for Platform, Discovery and Integration and stay the course with the team to deliver on our program’s commitments Develop and maintain an informative backlog of user stories for the Agile development team to work against in scheduled sprints Manage a large statement of work while remaining flexible, and introduce new capabilities for the betterment of the firm Improve data quality by introducing new automated controls with related documentation for periodic control testing Communicate direction and status at every level of the organization to maintain transparency on progress and related challenges Over the course of time, become the premier subject matter expert for all things ServiceNow Platform, Discovery, and IntegrationQualifications: Product Owner experience with large enterprise platform deployments Comfortable with complex technical discussions that may require additional ServiceNow whitepaper research to become fully informed Agile team leadership experience and strong communication skills Proven track record of large technical project deployments, ideally within the finance industry or equivalently highly regulated industry Extensive ServiceNow experience is preferred, but not a required for applicantsJob Description
Owns the vision and definition of the product. Serves as the voice of the Customer. Ensures the Scrum Team(s) effort is concentrated on the right priorities based on business value.
Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to ensure a successful product for business objectives.
Accountable for the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog. Prioritizes and leads grooming of the product backlog.
Works closely with the Scrum Master(s) and development team(s), to ensure the right items are focused on during the development process. Primary point of contact for questions from the team(s) and is empowered to make decisions.
