This position manages strategy development to ensure the application portfolio meets current business requirements and is operational, stable, reliable, and technically mature.Primary Responsibilities
Manages all aspects of system design, development, deployment, acquisition, and ongoing maintenance for all application systems within area of responsibility
Serves as the primary technology contact for senior management from all areas of the organization in developing technology solutions that increase the efficiency of internal business functions, resolves business problems, and supports the pursuit of business opportunities for area of responsibility
Creates and refines operational processes and systems to ensure effective regulatory and audit compliance
Applies interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify basic lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions
Evaluates customer and operational needs to define system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters, and ensure compatibility of all interfaces
Supports the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements through management processes
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.This position is incentive eligible.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Eight (8) years of relevant experience
Two (2) years of supervisory or managerial experience
Preferences
Experience in Technology role in banking or financial services industry

7+ Years Leading Hands-on Empower Configuration design and implementation
5+ Years leading Empower Configuration analysts within a Retail Lending technology organization
5+ Years working directly with Black Knight / Dark Matter specific to Empower Originations support
Experience with integrating other vendor solutions into a mortgage Originations flow, specifically Blend and SureFire.
Demonstrated ability to reduce volume of custom coded Empower solutions leveraging a “Back to Base” strategy
Possess strong leadership and tactical delivery skills while demonstrating an aptitude for strategic vision and supportive planning
