ResponsibilitiesThe Marketing Senior Project Manager has a key role within the marketing, communications, content, and events team (MCCE.) This department provides strategic marketing direction, innovative creative, impactful communications and memorable experiences for both internal and external stakeholders to drive organizational growth and support SCA Health’s culture. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining internal workflow diagrams and swim lanes, defining and communicating end to end project requirements/scopes, and creating implementation timelines for all ASC, corporate/enterprise, and practice marketing campaigns, projects, and creative development. The Senior Project Manager plays a pivotal role in closely collaborating with multiple department stakeholders and internal teams to ensure each marketing initiative is successfully completed in a timely manner, within budget, and with appropriate quality outcomes. This position will also collaborate with operations, clinical, quality, compliance, legal, business analytics, and other cross-functional teams who play a role in marketing activities. Externally, the Senior Project Manager partners with various vendors and agencies to ensure their deliverables are on time and on budget. The candidate must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and a patient focus that drives the need for quality deliverables and performance. Position Responsibilities:
Create and manage the end-to-end workflow process for complex marketing landscape, meeting all client specific requirements.
Initiate, manage, and prioritize numerous projects simultaneously by defining and documenting scopes of work, key objectives, timelines, and desired outcomes.
Lead meetings, track action items and due dates as well as send meeting notes.
Correct challenges and issues promptly, avoiding escalations/complaints.
Act as a department SME responsible for timely briefings, project plans, updates to KPIs.
Draw connections across multiple groups to drive consistency in the way projects are approached and results are achieved.
Lead process improvement and strategic project teams to drive implementation of proposed objectives.
Maintain and analyze project schedules and prepare regular status reports for management and key stakeholders.
Track project risks, opportunities, and issues to develop resolutions to meet quality and timeline goals and objectives.
Conduct lessons learnt sessions following every project.
Build relationships and maintain communication with key stakeholders and secure required project approvals.
Work independently and/or collaborate with stakeholders to make informed recommendations based on the review of the processes, strategic initiatives, and goals.
Perform all other related duties as assigned.
QualificationsEducation and Experience:
BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or other related business discipline required.
5+ years of relevant work experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of project management systems (ex: Jira, Asana, Slack), reporting systems and processes
Six Sigma, PMP or CAPM certification preferred
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent documentation, communication (oral, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
Communicate clearly and concisely with several types and levels of staff and external contacts, both in writing and verbally in a highly matrixed organization.

Travel:
