Part time 20-30 hours a week contract 1099 small farm manager. Must have transportation and live near Jack AL. Duties include feeding and pen maintenance for goats, chickens, dogs, cats, pig. Yard work, tree maintenance ability to run or learn tractor and bucket loader. Additional skills light plumbing, electrical, carpentry. General maintenance for 4-5 small buildings.
Owners travel frequently. Ability to stop by the farm 7 days a week when they are away is a plus.
