We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Associate to join our team in Oxford, Alabama, specializing in flooring and carpet sales. If you're passionate about providing top-notch customer service and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the flooring and carpet industry, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Engage customers and assist them in choosing the perfect flooring, tiles and carpet solutions.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and answer customer inquiries. Provide estimates, and measurements and execute the orders.
- Engage existing and new prospects for business development for individual as well as commercial/ business and government contracts in Alabama.
- Close sales transactions and meet monthly targets.
- Establish monthly reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in flooring and carpet sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of different flooring materials and their applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Associate degree or above or equivalent.
- Able to lift boxes to 20 lbs or move carpets if needed.
