Chef

As our chef you will be responsible for all the ins and outs of 2-3 meal services per day. We serve a plated breakfast, plated lunch with dessert and a 3-4 course dinner each evening. You will join a team of chefs that will help you achieve your potential. We will work together to find a great work life balance. During hunting season everyone will get one day off per week though not always the same day each week. Our commitment to using only the highest quality ingredients enables us to prepare simple yet incredible meals for our hunters in the fall and winter months as well as our summer visitors. Our most busy times are October 15-April 7. During other times of the year we have weddings and cooperate events. We offer wine dinner upgrades during any event booked at otter creek. Summer months offer a fair amount of down time to travel and relax but we try to stay somewhat busy. We need a team player who can be creative and also be able to follow direction on our tried and true recipes. We cook over live fire quite often, whether grilling or in our wood fired pizza ovens. We are always ready for a pleasant conversation with guests.
