Human Resources Business Partner needed for a growing manufacturer in the Decatur/Hartselle Alabama area. The HR Business Partner provides human resources services, programs, and policies that attract, retain, train, and develop qualified teammates for the successful operation of the organization and meet the future needs of the organization. As part of the HR team, the HR Business Partner will collaborate with all levels of the organization focusing on several key areas, such as talent acquisition, talent management, training and development, employee relations, workers compensation, succession planning, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
3+ years of Human Resources experience as a generalist or HR Business Partner.
Must be knowledgeable of Federal, State, and local employment laws.
Preferences:
Manufacturing or industrial experience
HR Certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
Masters Degree
