Receives and reviews incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed
Resolves escalated or complex customer or associate inquiries as necessary
Prepares, edits, distributes, and/or corrects specialized and/or complex documents
Researches and resolves related issues and general related questions
Provides guidance to less experienced team members
Works under limited supervision following established guidelines and procedures
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Four (4) years of operations or related work experience
Skills and Competencies
Data entry and typing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong time management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Handles phone calls and emails/tickets from internal associates and third party vendors to provide status and updates for a specific ATM Terminal or provide minor troubleshooting and remote resolution.
May interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem.
Certified Help Desk Professional (CHDP) preferred
Microsoft Certified Software Engineer (MCSE) preferred but prior experience in equivalent position can be substituted
Must be proficient in current Windows operating system.
Proficient in current Windows operating system, Active Directory, Lotus Notes, PCOMM, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Microsoft Office, TSO, VPS and Netview
Previous experience with proprietary bank software and software troubleshooting a plus.
Required to work flexible schedule, including night shifts and weekends.
Schedule will be Mon-Fri 1-10 PM with 1 weekend covered a month in a rotation.
