Job Description Summary:
We are in search of an IBD-SS COLTS Analyst in support of the IBD-SS contract in Huntsville, AL.
As a COLTS Analyst within the Integrated Logistics Support team, one will be responsible for auditing the
implementation of processes and procedures, data mining efforts, troubleshooting user issues, and assisting in
data entry into the COLTS (Catalog Ordering Logistic Tracking System) database in support of PM FPS and the
IBD-SS contract.

THE CHALLENGE
Assist in troubleshooting user and software issues within the COLTS database to include software bugs,
data integrity concerns, over the shoulder re-training, and process breakdowns. Will include working
with the COLTS support team to create and update written processes and procedures.
Support PM FPS through data mining and data entry using COLTS software, excel spreadsheets, and
power point to improve the integrity of the database, reconcile data sets, and support subsequent
reporting accuracy in a timely manner.
COLTS Support Team works closely with all aspects of supply chain, maintenance, transportation,
RMA's, Engineering, and Logistical functions of PM FPS as it relates to the COLTS Property and
Maintenance Management Databases.
YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:
Two plus years of hands-on DOD Logistics experience, with knowledge and usage of COLTS database
supporting Supply, Maintenance, Property Management, Configuration Management, and
Transportation on active DOD Program, preferably US Army.
Knowledge of creation of work orders, shipments, property inventories, and warehouse operations
highly desirable. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point).
Experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and SQL is desirable.
Familiar with Government/DOD property management documents such as DD1149, 3161, DA2062's, and
more.

Education Required:
AA/AS with 3-5 years of experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of the
degree. (6 total years of applicable experience in lieu of a degree.)
