This job will have the following responsibilities:
Position Responsibilities may include:
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of detailed engineering activities across multiple Missile & Weapon Systems division (MWS) programs, projects, and systems
Establish and facilitate recurring meetings, technical exchanges and reviews involving multiple internal and external organizations across multiple engineering disciplines
Lead the integration of technical parameters and activities to assure compatibility of physical, functional and program interfaces
Lead assessments and collaborative resolution of complex cross-functional technical issues amongst diverse stakeholders
Drive results through the development, implementation and maintenance of a rigorous process architecture, tools, schedules and metrics
Maintain current data and provide status on technical and schedule performance risks and issues
Lead development of discrete work effort planning and Agile implementation to maintain engineering execution schedules
Lead and manage changes to engineering statements of work (SOWs) and assess impacts of changes
Lead proposal development by identifying activities, resources, and tasks required to execute the work statement
Conduct lesson-learned analyses and drive execution of corrective actions.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.
