Secure our Nation, Ignite your FutureJob Position:The Senior Content Developer for the Graph Analysis Mapping Application (GAMA) team is responsible for maintaining a desktop application that enables users to rapidly ingest, triage, and exploit large, complex relational datasets using link analysis, social network analysis, communication analysis, and 3D graph visualization. This role involves providing end-user case support, dataset analysis, development, error handling, version upgrades, and API enhancement. Proficiency in software development, problem-solving, and collaboration is required.Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Maintain and enhance the Graph Analysis Mapping Application (GAMA) desktop application.

Rapidly ingest, triage, and exploit large, complex relational datasets using link analysis, social network analysis, communication analysis, and 3D graph visualization.

Provide end-user case support as needed, addressing software-related issues and providing guidance.

Perform dataset analysis, development, error handling, version upgrades, and API enhancement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.

Lead a project team, providing instruction, assigning tasks, directing, and monitoring the performance of software developers.

Assist in project scheduling and coordination, and may be involved in the design phase of projects.

Work with customers and technical staff to resolve software problems and address suggestions for software modifications or enhancements.

Participate in the development of software user manuals.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Minimum of seven to nine years of experience in software development or related roles.

Strong knowledge and experience in software development, with proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies.

Thorough understanding of the business application of the Graph Analysis Mapping Application (GAMA).

Experience with link analysis, social network analysis, communication analysis, and 3D graph visualization.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with dataset analysis, development, error handling, version upgrades, and API enhancement.

Relevant certifications or advanced degrees in software development or related fields are highly desirable.

Clearance Requirements:

Must have a current/active Top Secret
