You will lead our efforts to identify, pursue, and win federal government contracts, driving our organization's growth in the public sector market. This role is essential for securing contracts with government agencies and ensuring the success of our federal initiativesFocus on identifying and shaping opportunities within the US Public Sector via the use of systems such as FedBizOps and Gov.Win driving pipeline development with both US Federal Government customers and Prime Contractors (including their sub-contractors)Develop and implement detailed capture plans to secure federal contracts, ensuring they align with strategic goalsOversee the entire lifecycle of high-value opportunities at federal agencies, from early identification to proposal submissionCultivate and maintain relationships with federal agencies, key decision-makers, and partners to influence acquisition strategies and position Identify and assess federal opportunities that align with corporate goals, ensuring resources are directed towards winnable pursuitsPlan, organize, manage and lead matrixed proposal team members in developing proposal plans and outlines, developing win themes, assigning roles and responsibilities towards developing a complete, compliant proposal as required by the RFP/solicitationCreate compelling bid strategies that address the needs and challenges of US Federal customersAnalyze competitors' strengths, weaknesses, and strategies to allow refinement of proposals to counter or better themEngage with potential customers early in the acquisition process to effectively shape requirements and position Beyond Identity's capabilitiesApply industry best practices, such as the Shipley process, to refine and enhance capture management processes
