The role of a Project Manager III at Convergint Federal, plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. Working closely with a team of skilled professionals to deliver integrated security solutions to our clients. This job requires a person who remains professional, organized, collaborative, task, and detail oriented, timely, and thorough.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.Field Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of field operations, including site assessments, installations, testing, and commissioning. Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Foster strong, collaborative relationships by providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and exceeding expectations for quality and performance.Resource Management: Manage field personnel and subcontractors, ensuring they have the necessary tools, equipment, and training to execute project tasks effectively. Coordinate with internal departments to allocate resources efficiently and optimize project outcomes.Quality Assurance and Compliance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that installations and configurations meet industry standards and client requirements. Adhere to regulatory compliance guidelines and safety protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, change orders, and completion certificates. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones achieved, and any deviations from the original plan.Other Duties: Other duties assigned within reason of current role previously specified.Specific Day to Day Duties:Create and Submit Weekly or Bi-Weekly Meeting AgendaLead Weekly or Bi-Weekly Meeting AgendaCreate and Submit Meeting MinutesCreate and Submit Weekly or Monthly ReportsVerify Monthly Man Hour ReportingForecast Labor, Vendor and Subcontractor Costs, and ODCsMaintain Project Budget and WIPConduct Subcontract Negotiation, Issue, and Maintain Purchase OrdersInvoicing of Customer and Approving Subcontractor InvoicesSubmission of Deliverables and Invoicing in RMSAttend Kick-off, Site Survey, Progress or Quarterly Site Visits w/ CEHNC, PVTReview of SVAPP, APP and Assist with AHAs as necessaryCreate and Submit QASPSubmit and Maintain Project ScheduleCreate Milestone / Progress Payment ScheduleTrack Drawing Package w/ Engineering.  Review and Submit DeliverablesCreate and Submit RFIs, ECPs, and REAsCreate Service Orders and Maintain Service Order LogSchedule Customer Training Maintain Sign-offsReview and submission of As-built DrawingsSubmission of O&M ManualsSubmission of Cybersecurity ArtifactsCPAR Self-AssessmentFinal Invoice and RoCCreate and Submit Letter of WarrantyTrack Warranty Claims
