Type: Full-TimeLocation: Huntsville, ALPosition Description:To perform duties related to the Independent Verification and Validation (IVandV) of the Army Gray Eagle Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) for the Army PEO Aviation MQ-1C Gray Eagle and Gray Eagle Extended Range Program as a Senior Gray Eagle Software IVandV Engineer. Tasks include providing support and assistance the IVandV Lead, but are not limited to:Analyzing Contractor Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), requirements, design, and testingMaintaining software release traceability of Software Change Requests (SCRs) and requirements via external access to the prime contractors databases to provide information to customerParticipating in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), software design reviews, test plan reviews, test report reviews, and problem report reviewsObserving Hardware-in-the-Loop (HILL), Formal Qualification Test (FQT), and delta FQT at contractor facility to verify system requirements specification (SRS)-level, component-level (CSPEC) requirements, and software design in preparation for HILL, ground, and flight testingDeveloping, preparing, and presenting Final Reports for multiple software releases and patches to customerSubmitting Software IVandV Plans and Final Reports to S3I for review and approvalProviding and presenting briefings to S3I and customer as requiredPerforming static and dynamic analysis on quarterly drops of Gray Eagle source code received from customerProviding and presenting results from static and dynamic analysis to customerRequired Skills:Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or other related disciplinesActive Secret clearanceDesired Qualifications:Masters Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or other related disciplinesSenior-level - 15 years of experienceExperience with IVandV, software development, software process, software safety, software test, MBSE, Cameo and/or MagicDraw, static and dynamic analysis of source codeFamiliarity with modern software languages and software development environments, including, but not limited to C# or CClearance:Current active SECRETEOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabledwww.radiancetech.com
