Pay based on experience
Ability to run a zero turn lawn mower, weed eater, edger, blower, etc and do so with low supervision. Previous work experience in lawn maintenance/landscaping a strong plus. Must be able to handle physical work in all weather conditions, heavy lifting and extensive walking.
