We’re looking for a dependable, hand-on individual to join our install team. Any general construction, carpentry, gas, or HVAC experience is a plus, but not experience is necessary. Working in this position you’ll gain skills and experience specific to our industry and have the opportunity to advance your career and improve your knowledge with NFI/CSIA training and certifications.
A perfect candidate would be:
Eager and excited to learn
Dependable, you must show up to work on time every day, our install schedule depends on it!
Comfortable climbing on ladders, working on roofs and in attic spaces.
Able to lift heavy items
Have a clean driving record and possess a valid driver’s license
Able to keep your work truck organized and neat
Presentable to customers, as we’re working in their homes
Looking for a long-term career with huge growth potential
As in addition to on-the-job training, we will also sponsor you through National Fire Institute (NFI) certifications and continuing education. Pay increases will come with improvement in your knowledge and proficiency. Other benefits include:
Pay starting at $20-26/hr, reevaluation at 90 days
Skill/Performance based raises
4 annual paid holidays
1 week paid vacation after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years
Optional Health/Dental/Vision after 90 days.
