Job Requirements:
For Roofers: 2+ years of shingle roofing experience
For Laborers: 2+ years of roofing labor experience. Willingness to work hard, lift heavy materials, and learn roofing skills
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Crews must have own transportation, tools, and ladders
Must pass background check (no felonies in past 10 years)
Must be authorized to work in the United States
