Kennel Assistant
15 to 40 hours per week. We offer boarding for dogs, cats, birds, and most exotics. Must be reliable, responsible, animal lover. Some weekend and holiday work is required.
Duties include, but not limited to sanitizing kennel cages and kennel area, sweeping, mopping, cleaning, scrubbing, and emptying garbage bins daily. Also includes walking, feeding, and supervising pets. The position requires lifting various food bag/container sizes, including but not limited to cat litter bags, buckets, water pails, and cleaning equipment. Responsibilities are labor intensive, include inside and outside work as required to manage and provide excellent quality care to pets. Previous experience is helpful.
