Maintenance company hiring, $20.00 per hour, based on work history will train right person for job. Our normal work day: Mini storage buildings, roll up door spring replacement, roof leaks, electrical lighting, replacing ceiling vinyl and most anything on property. We also perform HVAC maintenance and repairs. Must be self motivated and capable of completing work task. Need valid drivers license and physical capabilities, lifting and climbing
