Job Description Soldering - Manufacturing Specialist:
Express is now hiring Solders for several departments of a local electronic manufacturer in Madison. This client produces small and mid-volume production runs for aerospace, defense, medical and high-end industrial components that require zero to minimal fail-risk. These Solder positions require a skilled and experienced individual who can touch up and assemble components to the client's specifications. If you are dedicated, attentive, and looking to grow in the electronics field-- this full time, long term position is for you!
Job Duties:
⢠SMT touch up
⢠Post wave touch up
⢠Basic PCB repair
⢠Final PCB assembly
Job Highlights:
⢠Pay Rate: $10.00-$13.00/HR (based on experience)
⢠1st shift: Mon-Thurs 5AM-3:30PM
⢠Weekend shift: Fri/Sat/Sun 5AM-5:30PM
Experience/Skills Needed:
⢠IPC-610 or J-STD Certification
⢠Led-free solder experience
⢠Fine pitch solder experience
⢠Ability to use microscope
⢠Knowledge or component identification
