Simmons Barbecue has been family owned and operated since 1986, proudly serving our Guntersville and Marshall County community. Located across from the public library, directly off Gunter Ave, we have been serving fast and delicious hickory smoked barbecue for over 37 years through our drive-thru and walk-up serving windows. We are looking for a motivated individual that would like to join our team as we continue to grow and serve the best barbecue in North Alabama!
Job Duties:
Take orders and make accurate changes as necessary
Demonstrate teamwork to serve costumers quickly and efficiently
Organize and ensure supplies are neat and well-stocked
Prepare high quality meals for customers
Provide fast and friendly service
Keep restaurant clean, orderly and up to food safety standards
Requirements:
Motivated individual who demonstrates teamwork
Committed to keeping our restaurant clean and safe
Ability to be flexible in all situations based on restaurant business needs
Effective communicator
Prepared to be cross trained on additional responsibilities and positions
Ability to work with managers and coworkers to meet daily goals
General knowledge and understanding of the food service/restaurant industry is preferred, but not required
