Sales Associate/Manager
Job Summary
Sales person needed to wait on customers, answer phone calls, place orders and help with accounts for residential custom features company. The ideal candidate would enjoy interacting with walk in customers and have a pleasant personality while dealing with customers in person and over the phone.
Duties
Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including in person and over the phone.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and product information.
Accurately input customer data into the system.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Utilize computer systems to track interactions and resolve issues promptly.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple calls or requests simultaneously.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and office software applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
A positive attitude.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
