Position Overview:
We are looking for Remote Customer Service Representatives to support client brands by providing professional inbound customer service. This opportunity is ideal for dedicated individuals seeking flexibility, self-management, and the chance to build income over time through consistent performance.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer support via phone, chat, or email.
Assist with inquiries, troubleshooting, account support, billing questions, and general customer needs.

Meet performance and compliance standards set by TCTT and client programs.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
A reliable computer or laptop meeting client technical standards.
High-speed internet connection and USB headset.
Dedicated, quiet workspace suitable for phone-based customer service.
Successful completion of a required background check.
Professional work ethic, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn.
Compensation:
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
Pay typically ranges from $10–$13 per hour [after training], depending on the client.
Training is paid, with pay amounts varying from client to client.
