We do all types of Electrical Contraction in the Houston Area. We are a known and established company looking for our next Journeyman to help us grow and complete more work.
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical systems and a strong background in construction and industrial settings.
Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Perform electrical installations according to local and national electrical codes
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using testing devices
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure electrical systems are installed properly
- Provide guidance to apprentices and junior electricians
Requirements:
- Journeyman Electrician license required
- Proficiency in frame carpentry for electrical work
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Experience as a maintenance person or in general construction
- Ability to build and install electrical systems from the ground up
- Proficient in using power tools for electrical work
- Previous experience working on construction sites or industrial environments
