Responsibilities:
Working Safely: Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow company safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for all crew personnel.
Professionalism: Maintain professional behavior and quality standards at all times.
Physical Activity: Stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day. Lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Equipment Operation: Operate a Bobcat Skid Steer (not required, but would be a plus).
Outdoor Work: Work outside in all weather conditions.
Heavy Lifting: Lift up to 90 pounds unassisted.
Team Work: Collaborate with team members to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
Age Requirement: Be at least 18+ years of age.
Certifications: Current/Active OSHA-10 and Trenching Certification or a willingness to obtain it.
Transportation: Reliable means of transportation.
Background Check: Clean background and drug screen.
Experience: Prior experience in the commercial field required. Prior experience using a Skid Steer preferred.
