Pay: $45K + commissionThe Logistics Coordinator Position will assist the Account Manager in the daily operations of an account, or group of accounts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, scheduling pickups through TA’s TMS, tracking shipments, and communicating with carriers and suppliers.Responsibilities:The Logistics Coordinator Position is the main point of contact to the carrier and suppliers for day to day businessSchedule pickups and track shipments to ensure on-time deliveriesWork with Account Manager to determine best solution for tasks outside normal operations.Utilize tools including TMS and rating system to carry out daily tasksAssist Account Manager in new account startup to ensure customer and internal requirements are achievedAssist Account Manager in preparing daily, weekly and monthly customer reports as defined by customer requirementsPrepare “spot” quotes as requested by customersOther duties as required
