Production Associate

As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations. You will work collaboratively with team members to ensure the efficient production of high-quality automotive components while adhering to safety and quality standards.Job Title: Production AssociateLocation: McCalla, ALPay Rate: $16.00/hr.Shifts Available: All shifts availableWhat’s the Job?

Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

Assist with troubleshooting and minor maintenance of equipment as needed.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.

Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet established criteria.

Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.

What’s Needed?

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime as needed.
