JTE Staffing Firm’s newest client is looking for at least 50 new, talented individuals to provide inbound-only customer service support to their customers. Must be able listen, assist, advise, empathize, de-escalate, and negotiate with customers in a manner that creates goodwill, while balancing the needs of the company and its customers. The capacity to quickly assess a given situation retain information provided and make quick and accurate decisions are key skills for this role.
Schedule Flexibility & Training:
CSPs have the ability to create their own schedule, from the comfort of their own home! Your earning potential has no limit!
This is a fully remote opportunity.
Training is provided, with opportunities to Earn while you Learn!
This is a 1099 part time position - no resume is required.
Opportunity Requirements:
PC or Laptop (Windows 10 or Higher)
Noise-Cancelling Headset w/Mic
Ability to pass background check
18 yrs or older
Basic Customer Service Knowledge
Self Motivated
Determined
Please note: Onboarding does not equal approval. Onboarding is in place to explain the position and direct you to the necessary steps. Approval is contingent upon passing your skill assessment, which will replace the traditional resume and interview process.
Once you apply, you will be directed to orientation, which will give you a general overview of the position and answer all questions. Once finished, you will proceed with registration and take your skill assessment. Once approved, you will choose a client and undergo a training period with them. After certification, you will have the opportunity to select your own schedule and begin earning!
