Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Site Development Manager to join their team. As a Site Development Manager, you will be part of the Site Development team supporting Engineering – Site Development – Soft Cost / Area Team.The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivots, and must have Telecom Experience in Site Development specific to Leasing, preferably recent and able to manage many projects, action items, liaison with RF, site acq, Construction, and landlords to identify tasks and resolve as needed.Job Title: Site Development ManagerLocation: Mobile, ALPay Range: CompetitiveWhat's the Job?
Provide leadership, expertise, communications, quality control, guidance and support for site development activities related but not limited to: Site acquisition, real estate, zoning, construction design, construction quality standards, site compliance and external affairs.
Ensure consistency in processes, reporting, forecasting, data integrity, and siting solutions.
Support Engineering – Site Development – Soft Cost / Area Team.
Must be familiar and skilled to work within company's Database – Magentabuilt, like Siterra, or equivalent.
What's Needed?
Must have Telecom Experience in Site Development, preferably recent and able to manage many projects, action items, liaison with RF, site acq, Construction, and landlords to identify tasks and resolve as needed.
Advanced skills in Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivots.
Must be familiar and skilled to work within Telecom Database – Magentabuilt, like Siterra, or equivalent.
