Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a program comprising multiple projects towards achieving strategic business objective Set up program governance
  • Interface with project managers and other stakeholders to determine project status and identify interdependencies.
  • Drive program meetings
  • Identify program level risk, issues and drive mitigation solution / plans
  • Provide program status to client stakeholders
  • Prepare gate review dossiers and take it through approval process
  • Take the program towards closure achieving intended business benefits

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Program Management / PMO experience – 10+ Yrs
  • Airbus background or other Aircraft Manufacturing back ground – 5+ years
  • Agile
