POSITION DUTIES: The operations manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations and will be responsible for developing the menu and food quality standards. Duties include managing profit and loss figures, developing employee training and assessment process, evaluate and improve financial performance, inventory tracking, and equipment maintenance. The successful candidate must be able to work weekends, nights, and dining holidays.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a bachelor's degree in management specializing in the hospitality industry. Candidate must have at least 2 years prior management level experience at a full-service Thai restaurant. Experience working in Thailand in the food and beverage industry and knowledge of Thai culture and traditions is a must. Culinary degree and wok-style cooking experience are also expected.
