Position: Supervisor
Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience, with daily tip share and gratuities.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure a high level of cleanliness and sanitation.
Complete all preventative maintenance and cleaning checklists on time.
Manage team members, ensuring effective communication and a cohesive work environment.
Handle inventory and deliveries efficiently.
Demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges effectively.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a restaurant or similar setting with supervisory experience.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to teamwork.
Availability to work, days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
