What You'll Do
Provide in-home childcare services for children with special needs, including:
Engaging children in age-appropriate activities
Managing behavioral challenges using your professional expertise
Following family routines and care plans
Maintaining a safe, supportive environment
Communicating with families about sessions
This is NOT therapy. You're providing specialized childcare—date night coverage, after-school care, respite services—using your background to give families peace of mind.

Required Qualifications:
Active certification or credential in one of the following:
BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
RBT (Registered Behavior Technician)
Special Education Teacher
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Occupational Therapist (OT)
Physical Therapist (PT)
Current full-time employment in ABA therapy, education, or therapeutic services
Crisis management training
Experience working with children with autism, ADHD, ODD, or developmental disabilities
Clean background check
Reliable transportation

You earn 80% of what we charge families. Rates vary based on your credentials (BCBA, RBT, special ed teacher, etc.) and the child's support needs. Most providers earn $22-56/hour.
